Amelia-isms

4)This was her actual sentence today. March 12, 2011 - she's 3.

"Mom, would it be cool if we got some chicken nuggets from Chick-fil-a today?"

Ummm...no, it would not be cool. But thanks for asking! haha :)

3) Amelia brought me a snack that needed to be opened. I opened it and she said, "Thank you. Have a pleasant day!"

2) August went for his 6 month check-up yesterday. For being such a big helper, Amelia got to pick a prize when we were checking out (and she got a sucker, of course). She was deciding between a pink sparkly ring and an orange dinosaur ring. She chose the dinosaur. And here is what followed:

Me: The dinosaur ring is really cool!
Amelia: Totally!
Me: Did you just say 'Totally'?
Amelia: Yes. Totally.

Where on earth did she pick up the 80's lingo??? haha!

1) Amelia didn't take a nap yesterday (surprise) and we had to run a late errand. She was very sad about getting in the car instead of in her bed :( As we were headed back home (after literally 10 minutes) she said the following:

"Mommy, a shower and a good night's sleep will make me feel all better."

Awww - precious.
